Phone and remote support is drawn from a prepaid Bank of Hours, billed at $195/hr in quarter-hour increments. The minimum is 5 hours — $975, paid 100% up front.
Send a PO to agvservice@weareaim.com or call (704) 850-9200. Your Bank appears on this page as soon as the PO is received, and the balance updates every time an AIM technician logs time.
Support is worked 9AM–5PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.
